In the face of changes in technology and usage, design and development professionals need to change some of the habits of web construction.
1. Refresh key
Currently, many websites and personal blogs are not equipped with the function of automatically reloading information, making it impossible for readers to know that the page has any new information if you forget to press the Refresh button.
The auto-refresh mode every few minutes that is popular on news sites is also not appreciated, some people even have to turn off this feature when they need to focus on reading long articles. New-style websites should be able to update data automatically in sections, which only change at the updated location without reloading the entire website.
Web concepts are backward Picture 12. Save key
Users often press the "Save" button to avoid the risk of a power outage or a sudden disconnection that causes the content they have just entered on the application or website to disappear. However, some programs like OneNote or Evernote do not have this key, simply because they store all the information that users enter in real time. This is also the outstanding feature of Google Docs compared to Microsoft Office.
3. Not interested in mobile web
Many websites are nice and useful but cannot work on phones and handheld devices like game consoles. While the world is "mobile", most sites are unable to recognize that they are being accessed from a mobile browser to automatically switch to a compatible version with a small screen and consume less bandwidth.
4. Catch watching ads before going to the site
Some websites also require readers to wait 30 seconds to show their ads before displaying the main content or intermingling with the product marketing segment in the video. Sites that need to make money to maintain their activities but apply the form of advertising on TV into the web environment are not a reasonable solution.
