Viettel is the first and only network operator in Vietnam to support eSIM according to Apple standards
Currently, Vietnamese carriers have supported eSIM but only Viettel has been authenticated by Apple on its website.
Specifically, Viettel is the first and only network operator in Vietnam that has surpassed hundreds of standardized tests under Apple's strict process to be included in the list of 60 operators in more than 40 countries around the world to be Apple. eSim technology authentication for iPhone XS, XS Max, XR lines.

When Apple officially confirmed the support of eSIM, Viettel customers will enjoy many benefits such as iPhone device operating stably, ensuring full compatibility with the parameters of the network. Smartphone of customers who install eSIM service of Viettel will no longer display warning information of eSIM parameters that have not been authenticated by Apple.
Viettel will expand the scope of application of this service to other technological devices, especially IoT equipment group in 2019-2020.
Viettel started deploying eSim from the beginning of February 2019. So far, Viettel has nearly 60,000 customers using this service in Vietnam.
