Tips for playing Persona 5 gamers need to know
Persona 5 is an action role-playing game set in Tokyo that follows a high school student nicknamed Joker who transfers to a new school after being accused of assault and placed on probation.
Over the course of a school year, Joker and the other students awaken to a special power, thereby forming a group known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. Like previous installments in the Persona series, this group fights an enemy known as the Shadow using their Persona powers.
With so many unique elements coming together in one game, even after playing a few times, it can still be difficult for gamers to reach their full potential in Persona 5.
In this article, let's find out the important tips gamers need to know when playing Persona 5 to have a more pleasant playing experience and get more out of their efforts and abilities.
Prioritize all factors equally
The first thing to remember is that players should prioritize and upgrade everything simultaneously, rather than focusing on just one thing at a time. Getting a lot of Kindness is always helpful, but it makes no sense if it reduces Knowledge and is definitely not beneficial for social activities.
If you want to have a romantic relationship with a character immediately, the player also needs to consider that relationship and his own stats. Take a moment each day to consider what needs to be worked on to maintain balance, and do that first.
Unlock many friends in the game
One exception to the above rule is when it comes to friends. Persona 5 has close to two dozen soul mates to build a social bond with, and in general, gamers will be hard-pressed to come close to maximizing all friends in a single play.
The best you can do is unlock as many friends as you can, carefully assess who you're interested in and which abilities will be useful, and then keep focusing on those abilities.
Make friends with Mishima
When it comes to unlocking friends, players should prioritize making friends with Mishima and this character should definitely be considered for the Phantom Thieves of Hearts team.
The character is a bit overzealous and might throw some players out, but the perks of friendship with Mishima are definitely worth making friends with.
The biggest benefit of this character is to increase the experience points for those in the party. This is a great way to level up groups quickly and is useful for non-combat activities.
Make friends with Yoshida
Yoshida is another character that players should consider in order to establish a relationship. Despite his lack of self-esteem and ambition for political power, Yoshida can become a valuable member of the team thanks to the benefits that this character brings to gamers when holding back demons.
Capturing demons is a lucrative way to raise funds and earn items, and Yoshida has bargaining privileges for additional income. This character also has the ability to allow the player to use the Persona on an actual level, which can be useful in tricky situations late in the game.
