There is Windows 10 November 2019 Update, please update
Microsoft has released the Windows 10 November 2019 Update (build 18363 and Windows 10 19H2 (1909)) free of charge to all users. From now on, users can update to this latest version of Windows 10 manually by following the link below or from Windows Update when it's ready.

Microsoft has developed Windows 10 as a service, with new features updated regularly. Up to now, Microsoft has released 8 major updates, including this month.
Today, Windows 10 April 2018 Update is also supported by Microsoft, so users need to update to newer versions.
The Windows 10 November 2019 Update (version 1909) has the same Cumulative Update packages included in Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version 1903), so it is quite small. Users of version 1903 will be updated to version 1909 faster and installed as a monthly update.
