China's Taobao online sales website (similar to eBay) has just released information for selling Cr-48 laptops. This website is currently auctioning products for 6 yuan (90 cents) and currently costs 80 yuan (about 12 USD). Meanwhile, if you do not want to bid, the buyer can immediately pay the amount of about $ 1,010 to get the product.
The auction time of the laptop is still 4 days and according to Micgadget, there have been thousands of visitors. Number of people participating in the auction is 16 people.
The Cr-48 was released earlier this month by Google to promote its new Chrome operating system. Google emphasized that this is just a test product before finalizing Chrome OS. The company does not sell or popularize but only sends it to developers or individuals and organizations to state the reason it thinks is "appropriate".
