The Edge Chromium browser will be released on January 15, and is available for download

Microsoft has just announced the launch date of its new Edge browser based on the Chromium open source platform, January 15, 2020, which was announced at a conference of developer training and IT professionals are going on. At the same time, the company also released the release candidate version of this browser with many quite complete features.

New features of the Edge Chromium browser will support the business. For example, to find a colleague, an office address or even define an acronym for a company name, users simply enter the keyword into the address bar of the browser.

One of the notable new features on the new Edge is called 'Collections', which allows users to export collected content from the web to Excel or Word. This feature will be useful for online shoppers who want to compare multiple products in an Excel table.

Edge Chromium will support platforms including Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Mac OS.
