Gunny Mobi Special Characters for Names and Chat

Gunny Mobi can accept some Unicode symbols in names and chat, but not every character displayed by a phone or website is supported by the game. Copy one symbol at a time, keep the readable part of the name clear, and test the result before using any rename item.

Build a readable name

Use a simple pattern rather than covering every letter with decorative marks:

These are formatting examples, not promises that a particular string is available. If the name already belongs to another player, change the ordinary letters rather than adding invisible marks.

How to paste a special character

1. Copy the desired symbol from this page.
2. Open a notes app and combine it with the proposed name.
3. Copy the completed name.
4. Open the character-name or rename field in Gunny Mobi.
5. Paste the text and review every character before confirming.

Preparing the name in a notes app prevents accidental line breaks and lets you keep an exact backup.

If the game rejects the name

• Remove the symbols one at a time to identify the unsupported character.
• Shorten the name; some Unicode characters count differently toward the limit.
• Replace styled alphabet letters with ordinary Latin letters.
• Remove emoji, combining marks, or characters that appear as empty boxes.
• Check the current naming and community rules for blocked wording.

Avoid invisible and deceptive characters

Invisible separators and look-alike letters can make a profile hard to search and may be used for impersonation. They can also disappear after a font or client update. Keep the player ID recorded separately and use a name that teammates can type.

Special characters in chat

Short text faces and symbols may also work in chat. Use them sparingly: repeated decorative blocks can make messages difficult to read and may trigger spam controls. Never use symbol substitution to evade a moderation filter.

Before spending a rename item

• Confirm the correct character and server.
• Check the preview for missing-box symbols.
• Make sure the ordinary letters are spelled correctly.
• Save the exact name and numeric player ID.
• Cancel if the game displays an unexpected replacement character.
