Firefighter Shawnee (Kansas - USA) was mobilized when a Sony VAIO laptop caught fire . twice.
For the first time, the owner of the computer - then being charged - had extinguished the "fire" with a fire extinguisher, but after a few minutes, the fire flared up again.
Although Dell had to recall 4.1 million lithium-ion batteries, the trouble still hasn't stopped.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, the computer was 'stationed' in the yard, covered by fire foam. Many people joked that the "bad guy" soul has gone to heaven.
I don't know if there will be any more 'victims' next, but it seems that the owners of Apple computers (using Sony batteries) are also starting to worry.
