Please download Windows 10 SDK Preview Build 16267 and Mobile Emulator Build 15240

On August 22, 2017, Microsoft released a preview of Windows 10 SDK 16267 and a mobile emulator Mobile Emulator Build 15240. These development tools can be used with Windows 10 Insider Build 16267 or other newer version. This SDK version will contain some bug fixes and some API changes (application programming interface).

Some problems in this build:

Compilation fails on non-Windows 10 platforms. When building applications on previous platforms, you might get an error like:

Ecmangen.exe will leave the SDK:

1. Ecmangen.exe will no longer come with the Windows SDK. Developers who are relying on ecmangen will be advised to install Windows Creators Edition of the SDK to get the file.
2. Developers can also use notepad or other XML editor to create a manifest. The schema file is available on MSDN with a function to support creating statements for tools.
