OS X Moution Lion has been released for less than a year but has a 3rd upgrade. In addition to a major upgrade in its ability to support Windows 8 installation, the new version also helps Mac App Store to add software gift cards via webcam, a new feature recently introduced on iTunes 11.

Previously, many users reported that they could not install Windows 8 on some MacBook Pro or MacBook Air models or could not get all the drivers.

Along with supporting good installation of Windows 8, Boot Camp also adds support for Macs with hard drives up to 3 TB. OS X 10.8.2 also comes with several patches for Logic Pro and audio errors installed on some iMac models.

Along with support for Windows 8, Boot Camp also adds support for Macs with 3 TB hard drives, a feature that is too overdue considering the storage needs of many users. Update 10.8.3 also comes with some bug fixes including patches for Logic Pro and fixes for an error that sometimes stutters audio on some iMacs.
