No less, this is LG's folded phone image

Samsung is not the only one who is creating a folding phone, but also LG.

A patent submitted by LG to World Intellectual Property Organization suggests that they may be developing folding phones and tablets. Accordingly, this device is a 'mobile phone with a flexible screen that can be folded in half'.

This patent is submitted from July 2017 before being released on 12/1/2018. The design shows that there will be 2 versions.

The first version has a camera on the back. When folded, the device can still display information such as the time on the previous screen.

The second design version is also quite similar except that when folded, the rear part is pushed aside, revealing a transparent area on the right front. This edge area can display time or notifications. The back also has a camera.

Note that in the illustration, the straight line representing the design is confirmed and the broken lines illustrate the rest of the device. The dotted lines in any patent are not included in that patent.

No information has yet been given when LG released such a device. The folded phone seems to be a valuable item for phone makers. Although there have been many patents, there is no real phone yet.

There are also signs that Samsung wants to release Galaxy Note fold this year but there are many obstacles that can not be done.
