Invite to admire the folding screen smartphone with Sharp's unique clamshell design
Sharp, a famous electronics company in Japan, recently announced a patent and a test version of its folding screen smartphone.
Sharp's smartphone has rabbit ears and has a regular shape like many other products today. This folding screen phone has a clamshell design, when the screen is folded completely inside and the size of the device is halved.
Sharp said its folding screen smartphone can work well after 300,000 folds open, 1.5 times more than Samsung's Galaxy Fold, only 200,000 times.
However, currently this product is not the final design, just a trial version so the detailed configuration parameters have not been disclosed. In addition, Sharp has no plans to sell its products in the near future, it just announced it will be available in the "next few years".
