Unveiling Apple's patent-pending folding screen iPhone is even better than Samsung
The US Patent and Trademark Office has just unveiled a new Apple-style screen design, able to fold half without being damaged, 'better' than Samsung.
Apple's folding screen device will use high-end OLED panels. And Apple invented a coating formed from polymer, with pigment pieces. When applying these special coatings to OLED panels, it can twist and rotate without cracking.

What's interesting is that Apple's bright screen shows that the company's new folding display device can bend both inside and outside. What Samsung's folding screen smartphone can't do. Samsung's flip phone will only support folding in because they cannot create a screen that can stretch and withstand folding action up to 360 degrees. Although Apple researched the screen folding later, they succeeded.
This is just Apple's patent, but evidence that Apple has been interested in producing curved screen phones.
