MS Word: Print Word-attached document - background color

It would be very annoying if you were very sophisticated to customize the background of the text accordingly, but when printed, it only printed the text content. You must first have a document already created and have the background color you want. Now we need to make some changes so that the background color is printed.

Click the Office button and go to Word Options . Then go to Display , scroll down to Printing Options section and check " Print background colors and images ", click OK .
