You must first have a document already created and have the background color you want. Now we need to make some changes so that the background color is printed.
Click the Office button and go to Word Options . Then go to Display , scroll down to Printing Options section and check " Print background colors and images ", click OK .
Perform this operation any time you want the background color or image printed with the document. This option applies to all documents in Word 2007 so make sure and do not select this option in other documents that you do not want to print the background color.
