Microsoft released a critical security patch update for all versions of Windows 10

A series of important cumulative updates for versions of Windows 10 have been released by Microsoft to address serious security issues. These security updates are categorized by Microsoft as "Critical Updates".

In particular, the cumulative update package KB4078407 was released to fix Meltdown and Specter security issues for all versions of Windows 10 (and even Windows Server 2016). This update also thoroughly fixes computer performance degradation errors after patching.
