Laptop shell made from Asus bamboo

Asus's new U-Bamboo line of laptops is unique with a shell made from environmentally friendly bamboo and easily recyclable.

U-Bamboo series includes models full of screen sizes of 13.3 inches, 14.1 inches and 15.6 inches. Material made of this laptop is from bamboo and other recycled materials.

U-Bamboo series is highly configurable with the use of Intel Core i5-450M processor, Nvidia GeForce 310M graphics card with 1GB VRAM and other USB 3.0 support features for about 1,288 to 1,351 USD next June

In addition to U-Bamboo series, Asus also introduced the NX90 laptop series with the first model NX90JQ using Intel Core i7-720QM processor, Nvidia Geforce 334M graphics card with 1GB VRAM, 1TB hard drive, upgraded DDR3 RAM up to 8GB and especially the Sonic Master audio system are the result of a partnership between Asus and the famous speaker company Bang & Olufsen.

NX90JQ weighs 4.4 kg, will be sold in July next for a price not cheap, about 2,680 USD.

Along with the two high-end models, Asus also introduced other models including the N53Jh with 15.6-inch screen priced at about $ 1,500 and the U series models are U35 with 13.3-inch and U45 screens with 14.4-inch screen costs $ 1,195 and $ 1,260 respectively.
