ASUS U6 Bamboo made from bamboo
The idea of using Eco-friendly materials for their products is very interested by Asus, and the computer line is decorated externally with bamboo intended to be released later this year, entitled U6 Bamboo
Asus first announced the Ecobook laptop from a year ago, but despite the idea of a laptop coated with bamboo from recycled plastics and environmentally friendly materials - Eco is a good idea. The production of a completely bamboo-like computer case is also difficult to overcome their previous design.
U6 Bamboo has a wrist resting place, made of environmentally friendly materials and actually has the same decorative properties, not really works as advertised. But it is also worthwhile to endorse the efforts of manufacturers to show interest in ecology in their products. Asus also has specific plans to use bamboo and wood for their next products, so this may be the start of a new trend. Incidentally, Fujitsu also released similar laptops with wooden casing, but there is very little information about this product since April.
