How to Change Student Information on VnEdu

VnEdu is an education management system that connects families, schools, and society to improve the quality of teaching in each school. All student information is updated by teachers in VnEdu so that parents can easily check grades on the platform. Below are instructions on how to update student information on VnEdu.

How to Change Student Information on VnEdu

Step 1:

First, teachers should log into their VnEdu accounts as usual.

Next, in the interface, the user clicks on the "Teacher" option in the list on the left side of the interface.

Step 2:

On the computer screen interface, users will click on the "Classroom Management" option to access it.

Step 3:

Here, teachers will see a list of the grade levels and classes they manage. Teachers can only change the information for the classes they are in charge of. Click on the "Students" section to make adjustments.

A list of students will appear. Click on the student whose information you want to change , then click the Edit button to proceed.

Step 4:

A form will appear showing the student's information that needs editing. Once you see which section you want to edit, delete the old information and enter the new information . Finally , click Update to save the new information.

Instructions for Administrators on Granting Permission to Edit Information on VnEdu

The school administrator will grant homeroom teachers the authority to enter, edit, and delete information about students in their assigned class.

Step 1:

The admin will access the VnEdu website and log in with their admin credentials .

Step 2:

Click on Start , then select School Management , and then select Student Management . Next, click on Student Profiles to proceed with granting permissions.

We click on the blue box in the Student column.

Step 3:

Next, click on the Configuration section and select the permissions you want the homeroom teacher to have .
