- Remove the fan, the heat sink on the chip.
- Skillful attention to not lift the chip from its position because the thermal conductive glue between the chip and the heat sink fins can stick these two parts together due to being pressed for a long time.
- Wipe off the top of the chip with alcohol and reapply the other thermal adhesive layer.
Place a round end of the heat sink on the chip surface. Fix it and use a screwdriver to tighten the screw. However, do not twist too tight.
- Put the motherboard back in its place in the case and reconnect the plug.
- It is recommended to use the available clamp with the set of equipment for plumbing.
- Note: if the pump and water storage unit are separate, the user must connect the water pipes to attach them and then attach to the radiator.
Connect the power cord of the pump to the computer power source.
Check the refrigerant / water in the system so that there is no leak before operating.
