Some Android users reported seeing Follows You information on the Followers introduction section. Just like on Twitter, you have a useful 'indicator' to see if the person you're viewing has followed you on Instagram.
Tracking information is displayed right at the introduction

This feature is currently not available on all Android devices. iOS 11 has not been updated yet. The lucky ones who have been updated say that they are happy that this useful feature has finally appeared.
