1. Shoot, take screenshots on Chrome

Step 1:

Click on the link below to install the Explain and Send Screenshots utility on the browser.

Step 2:

By clicking on the utility icon, users will see the functions of the utility including: Select area, Visible page, Entrie page, Screen, Record screen and Open file. Each feature has different uses.

When you click Select area, you will be selected for the area you want to capture by dragging the line around the area you want to capture and then release it. In addition, the clock icon will give the timer a shot with a waiting time of 3 seconds.

2. Editing photos and videos of Chrome screens

When the image or video after shooting and recording is completed, it will be displayed on the screen for users to edit before posting to the service, or download it to the computer.

Step 1:

At the edit interface you will see the image editing tools appear above the screen. It is possible to insert text, crop images, draw images, blur, etc. Edit the button and click the Done button above to save the changes.

7. Share: Right-click on the image and select Copy image to share.
8. PDF: Save images as PDF with Chrome's printing function.

With video we will not have editing options like images. The video will also show up on the new page, with options to download videos to your computer (Download), save videos with the right-click menu, upload to Google Drive, upload to YouTube.

3. Change Explain and Send Screenshots settings

Step 1:

Right-click the utility icon and select Options .

Step 2:

With the free version, we will have some hidden options for Explain and Send Screenshots in the right-click menu (Remove menu items from right click). Change the image format at Image format, take action after taking After grab action video, turn off the edit buttons at the Hidden buttons, manage images uploaded to Imgur in View Uplpad Files.
