How to take photos, record screen videos on Chrome

Computer screen capture software and video capture software have a lot to choose from. You can even use the PrtScn key to take screenshots, then edit with Paint or edit photos online. 1. Shoot, take screenshots on Chrome

Step 1:

Click on the link below to install the Explain and Send Screenshots utility on the browser.

Step 2:

By clicking on the utility icon, users will see the functions of the utility including: Select area, Visible page, Entrie page, Screen, Record screen and Open file. Each feature has different uses.

Step 3:

When you click Select area, you will be selected for the area you want to capture by dragging the line around the area you want to capture and then release it. In addition, the clock icon will give the timer a shot with a waiting time of 3 seconds.

Visible page will take photos of the website displayed on the screen. Just click that the utility will automatically open.

Entrie page captures the full screen of the open web page. Click on the function and the utility will automatically move from the top to the bottom of the web page to capture again.

Screen will take a picture of Chrome (Your Entrie Screen) browser window or of the open application on Windows (Application Window). First of all you need to agree to the utility to capture content on the app.

Next click on the feature you want to use. Click Share to take a picture.

Record screen to record screen video. There are 3 different screen recording options.

1. Video capture full screen desktop.
2. Video recording of the screen of the open application on Windows.
3. Record videos of web pages of open tabs on Chrome.

Select the screen you want to record the video and press the Share button .

The widget will capture the sound if the tab on the browser sounds. If you do not want to click the microphone icon to disable.

When the screen video recording ends, press Stop sharing in the bottom frame of the screen.

With Open file users can edit the image with the utility, by downloading the file on the screen.

2. Editing photos and videos of Chrome screens

When the image or video after shooting and recording is completed, it will be displayed on the screen for users to edit before posting to the service, or download it to the computer.

Step 1:

At the edit interface you will see the image editing tools appear above the screen. It is possible to insert text, crop images, draw images, blur, etc. Edit the button and click the Done button above to save the changes.

Step 2:

Next we will have the option to upload images, save different images.

1. Download: Save to your device with the default JPG format. On the saved image there is a link to the web page you took at the bottom left corner.
2. Save as: Save the image using the image download function in the right-click menu of the browser.
3. Upload: Upload to Imgur. Uploaded images will be managed in the Options section of the utility.
4. Save to Drive: Upload photos to Google Drive, but take charge.
5. Copy: Copy images to the cache.
6. Edit in Pixlr: Edit photos on Pixlr.
7. Share: Right-click on the image and select Copy image to share.
8. PDF: Save images as PDF with Chrome's printing function.

If you want to edit the image, click the arrow icon next to the Download button.

Step 3:

With video we will not have editing options like images. The video will also show up on the new page, with options to download videos to your computer (Download), save videos with the right-click menu, upload to Google Drive, upload to YouTube.

3. Change Explain and Send Screenshots settings

Step 1:

Right-click the utility icon and select Options .

Step 2:

With the free version, we will have some hidden options for Explain and Send Screenshots in the right-click menu (Remove menu items from right click). Change the image format at Image format, take action after taking After grab action video, turn off the edit buttons at the Hidden buttons, manage images uploaded to Imgur in View Uplpad Files.

Explain and Send Screenshots not only bring the video capture utility, screen capture on Chrome, but also many options such as uploading photos to Imgur, editing photos on Pixlr or uploading photos to YouTube.
