There are many applications that support document scanning on phones, such as Google Drive. The Google Drive app also has an option to scan images to convert them to PDF files and save them directly to Google Drive, supporting various tasks. Instructions on how to scan documents to PDF on Google Drive
Step 1:
On the Google Drive app interface, tap the camera icon to scan the document. Once in the photo capture interface, you should change the mode from Automatic to Manual for easier operation.
Step 2:
Next, we adjust the area of the document to be scanned as desired, then press the white button to capture . The result is a scanned document as shown in the image. At this point, users can readjust the document area by moving the white corners.
Step 3:
After aligning the image, press Hold to scan , or press Retake if you're not satisfied. Next, you have more options to customize the image before saving. Press Done to save the scanned image.
Step 4:
Continue scanning other documents, and when finished, click Save to save the scanned files. The interface for saving PDF files to Google Drive will appear. Click on the file to view the PDF, then select the Google Drive folder where you want to save the PDF file.
