Step 1: You login your Facebook account and click on the black triangle on the upper right corner and select Settings / Settings.

Step 2: At the Settings / Settings interface, select Privacy / Privacy in the left column and Limit post / Limit previous posts in the right column

Step 3: In the drop down dialog box, click Limit Old Posts / Limit posts in the past. So all the old Facebook posts that you set up public sharing (public) will be changed so that only friends can see them.

Step 4: In the Who can see my stuff section, click Edit to limit the sharing object for future posts.
