How to Use a Terrain Seed in Mini World: CREATA

A Mini World terrain code is a world-generation seed, not a gift code. Learn where to enter one, what it changes, and why older seeds may produce different maps.

Table of Contents

In Mini World: CREATA, a terrain code is best understood as a world-generation seed. You enter it while creating a new world so the game can reproduce a particular terrain layout. It does not redeem a reward, add items to an existing map, or teleport the character directly to a resource.

The game was previously called Mini World: Block Art, and its world-creation interface has changed. Button names may differ by platform and version, but the seed must be entered before the new world is generated.

How to enter a terrain seed

  1. Open Mini World: CREATA and go to your local worlds or map list.
  2. Select Create New World or the current equivalent.
  3. Choose a mode such as Survival or Creation.
  4. Open Advanced, Settings, or the arrow that expands the terrain options.
  5. Look for a field labeled Terrain Code, Map Code, or Seed.
  6. Enable the custom-code option if a switch is shown.
  7. Paste or carefully type the seed. Codes can be case-sensitive and may include a minus sign.
  8. Finish the other world settings, then create the map.

If there is no seed field in the current creation screen, check the game’s current help or official community before proceeding. Do not install an outdated APK merely to reproduce an old menu.

What a seed does—and does not do

  • It controls the starting data used to generate a new world.
  • The same seed may produce a similar layout only when the game version and generation rules are compatible.
  • It does not guarantee that the advertised biome or resource appears beside the spawn point.
  • It does not change a world that has already been created.
  • It is different from a shared Map ID, which identifies a saved or published player-created map.
  • It is also different from a promo or gift code, which is redeemed through an account or event interface.

Legacy community seeds to test

The following codes circulated for the older Mini World: Block Art generator. They are retained as test seeds, not guaranteed current results. Copy the code exactly and create a disposable world first.

  • Red soil: NHC63IA0T or PTTT7H0JQ
  • Mixed landscape: 8KDNGQ8CCPZ9B8D
  • Raptor area: XW4C295G7UYX57LR
  • Ice terrain: Z63UF7ZIMIC
  • Exposed lava: 7LJZO41AAI1IS
  • Broad terrain variety: 1986-1444744340-94779093
  • Ice and green terrain: GT4QB87GITXCVNNW
  • Red forest: V7URJGWJGPLYKBAX
  • Sea and green terrain: OWDRU9KND
  • Hardcore island: -ttgm
  • Dungeon-heavy world: 48VVSH1K8
Older Mini World terrain-code field and world settings

Several old lists assign the same seed to peach forest, basin, and bamboo forest. That does not prove the code creates three separate preset types; it may simply generate a world containing multiple terrain features. Avoid labeling a seed more precisely than the resulting map supports.

How to verify a seed

  1. Create a new world without spending time on detailed customization.
  2. Record the game version, platform, mode, and exact seed.
  3. Explore around the spawn point in several directions.
  4. Check below ground only when the expected feature is underground, such as lava or ore.
  5. If the result differs, retry once to rule out a typing error.
  6. Delete the test world or keep it with a descriptive name.
Terrain generated from a legacy Mini World seed

A screenshot alone is not enough to validate a seed. It should be accompanied by the code, game version, and approximate coordinates or direction from spawn. This makes a shared result useful to another player.

Why an old seed may not work

  • World-generation updates: new biomes, blocks, creatures, or terrain rules can change the output.
  • Regional clients: the global and Vietnam editions may not be on identical builds.
  • Different mode settings: Survival, Creation, developer maps, or custom terrain options can generate different worlds.
  • Typing differences: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, zero, and the letter O are easy to confuse.
  • Mislabeling: a community list may describe a feature found far from spawn as if it were guaranteed nearby.

Finding underground and distant features

Exploring ice terrain in a Mini World seed

A seed sets the world layout; it does not act as a search command. If a code is associated with lava, the lava may still be deep underground. If it is associated with a forest or rare creature, the relevant area may be outside the initial view.

In Survival, take enough food, tools, and markers before exploring. In a disposable Creation world, use the available movement and map tools to inspect the terrain more quickly, then recreate the world in Survival if the seed is worth keeping.

Seed versus Map ID

A seed generates terrain. A Map ID points to an existing player-created or published map. If you want someone else’s finished building or mini-game, use the Gallery or Map ID workflow instead of the terrain-code field.
