Open the Contacts app on your iPhone, then tap the phone number you want to delete with two fingers . Next, drag both fingers downwards if the number you want to delete is right below the first contact.

If not consecutive, tap the first phone number with two fingers , then lift your fingers and scroll to the next number you want to delete, and tap with two fingers again to select it .

Press and hold on a contact you want to delete , then select Delete contacts .

How to delete multiple phone numbers from iPhone using iCloud

We access iCloud on our computer and log in to our Apple account. Then we click on the Contacts app.

Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the contact you want to delete in Windows, or use the Command (⌘) key to select the phone number you want to delete, then select Delete phone number . Finally, press Delete to complete the process.

How to delete contacts from your Gmail or Outlook account

If there are multiple duplicate phone numbers in your iPhone contacts, it's likely from a synced email account, not iCloud.

Go to Settings and then tap the Mail app on your phone. Next, select Accounts and then tap the mail account you want to process .

 

Next, we turn off Contacts and select Delete from iPhone to remove the contacts from email.
