Fix 0x80004005 error when playing music in Groove Music in Windows 10

1. Error syncing files with OneDrive

OneDrive allows you to sync files across multiple devices. A file downloaded on your computer will have a green tick next to it. Whenever a file is not on the hard drive, but it is on OneDrive, it will be downloaded and used.
