Facebook Messenger M's virtual assistant feature is available in Vietnam

The M Suggestion feature for Messenger users supported by artificial intelligence has been released in Vietnam by Facebook. M helps users to complete tasks quickly and make the conversation richer by participating in open conversations and giving suggestions for related content.

M uses Machine learning technology, so the more you use the M, the more you will learn, the more you understand the dialogue patterns to determine the intent and suggest actions to users.

If the user does not want M help, users can skip / remove or turn off the hint feature in the settings.

Specifically, Vietnamese users will be provided with the following suggestions by M:

Submit Sticker : Fun stickers like 'Thank you' or 'Goodbye' will be suggested by M for daily user interaction.

Share location : In the conversation, if the user is asked 'Where are you?', M will suggest sharing your location.

Open a survey : This only happens in group conversations, when you find yourself having difficulty making a decision for the whole group, M will give suggestions that people start a visit. poll and vote.

Birthday : M will suggest sending a Happy Birthday to one of the two people in Messenger conversation on his / her birthday.

Start an audio / video call : In a conversation if one of you intends to make a call, for example, someone type 'Would you like to call me?', M would suggest an audio call / video call in Messenger.

Facebook launched the first M Suggest feature in April 2017 in the US. Since then, M has learned and has added new ways to express conversations and enrich Messenger interactions.

After being present in Vietnam and Philiphines, Facebook's fully automated virtual assistant M is now available in 13 countries.
