Facebook needs more time to complete and deploy this satellite Internet system extensively throughout the Earth.
When these networks are aired, Facebook will generally not charge access fees but may require users to register or use Facebook services. This will help people access to Facebook more and more, making the company accessible to everyone on Earth.
Earlier, Facebook had an ambitious plan to provide the Internet from atmospheric unmanned aerial vehicles in the Aquila project but unfortunately had to eventually shut down hardware activities in this project in January 6.2018 last.
