Chrome will update to read the website out loud in the background

Thus, users can enable the page reading mode on Chrome to easily follow when users cannot read directly. And according to new information from MSPowerUser, the Chrome browser will develop a flag called 'Read Aloud Background Playback', with the description of adding support for background playback for Read Aloud mode.

The new Read Aloud mode in Chrome only appears when you open that web page content and stops working when you minimize Chrome or start using another application. With the new 'Read Aloud Background Playback' flag, the app continues to read content even when you minimize Chrome or use another app. Other options for read aloud mode on Chrome remain the same, adjust reading speed, choose the voice of the person who reads the content aloud, play, pause, rewind or fast forward while reading.

With this feature of reading websites aloud on Chrome in the background, it will definitely be useful for users when they can do different things on the phone.

There is currently no exact information on when Google will provide the background read-aloud feature in the stable version of Chrome for Android. However, according to Chrome's history of deploying new features, users will probably be able to experience it in the next few months.
