Highlight the game with the add-on to be removed and press the Options button on the controller. It's the pill-shaped button to the right of the touch panel in the center of the controller. This opens a menu on the right side of the screen.

Select Delete and press ✕. Select "Delete" near the bottom of the right menu. The confirmation screen is displayed immediately.

Select Ok and press ✕. You will see "Ok" as the second option displayed to the right of the confirmation screen. This will confirm that you want to delete the game and will remove the set of games and extras.

Don't worry. Data saved on the game will not be deleted. You can continue the game after reinstalling.

Select Download and press ✕. This is the only option in the left menu. Press the blue "X" button to select. Your game is instantly downloaded and reinstalled with no additional content. You will have to wait a while for the game to finish downloading, installing and updating.

Reinstall additional programs

Open the PlayStation Store. It's a blue shopping bag with the PlayStation logo. You will see this icon displayed above the menu bar. If you want to reinstall additional content, you can do so through the PlayStation Store.

Most games have an option to download additional programs and downloadable content on the game's main menu screen. Select this option to open the additional content page in the PlayStation Store.

Select Search . This is the option with a magnifying glass icon displayed at the top of the screen.

Enter the name of the game that needs to be installed additional programs. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the game name. You will see a list of games in the search results.

Select the game. Games often show up at the top of the search results list.

If the additional content you want to install shows up in the search results, you can choose it right there.

Select Add-ons . This option is in the lower right corner of the screen. You will see additional content for the game.

Select additional content you purchased. This opens the Playstation Store page for that additional content.

Select Choose a version . This is the option in the menu on the left side of the screen.

Select Add-on Content . This option is available in the selection pane in the window in the center of the screen.
