Apple finally got the error and released a new update for Mac OS X 10.5 to troubleshoot the operating system occasionally disabling the keyboard of the MacBook and MacBook Pro models.
Users of MacBook and MacBook Pro upgrade to Mac OS X 10.5 version have rushed to MacBook technical support forum to complain about the above situation. Accordingly, the status of the keyboard that cannot function properly or is completely disabled often occurs. The problem is only fixed if the user accepts to restart the system.
Initially Apple denied that the reason was due to hardware failure and suggested replacing the new keyboard for users. However, the situation continues to happen with G4 PowerMac series. The device initially ran very stable with the Tiger version, but when upgrading to Mac OS X 10.5, the status of the disabled keyboard is constantly happening.
Users can now download the MacBook Pro Software 1.1 update directly from Apple's official website to remedy the situation.
