Sleep
Take time to sleep . Do not stay up late or let yourself be in a sleepless state in the morning and try to stay awake by drinking coffee or energy drinks.
Sleeping can be one of the most annoying things we have to do ( 8 hours of unconsciousness ) but you still have to sleep. Sleep is extremely important for the body and lack of sleep affects not only your work performance and pleasure but also your overall health.
