Microsoft warns that a blue screen error may appear with Nvidia driver version 358.00 or later. The audio driver may be experiencing the same error.

According to Microsoft, some potentially affected devices have been blocked from updating. However, users can still upgrade by using the original USB creation tool from Microsoft or installing the ISO file or using the Cloud Reset feature.
