Vipphone may be the official name of the super-security phone that Viettel is developing to provide some users with high security requirements.

The data security algorithm that Vipphone is equipped with is AES-256 (call encryption, messaging) and AES-128 (encrypted data storage). In addition, it is equipped with an Infineon SLE97 dedicated security chip capable of encrypting calls, messages and automatically destroying data when attacked.

In order to maximize security, Vipphone is not equipped with a camera at all.
