Facebook's new video platform called Watch was launched in August last year to provide users with new videos in real time, now available in Vietnam.

Like YouTube, Watch allows users to follow their favorite channels, but this app is more powerful about emotional interactions to personalize the video experience for each user. Specifically, users can view the top 'funniest videos' according to the amount of 'Haha' reactivity of Facebook or "Friends watched videos" to learn about their interests on Facebook.
This video platform of Facebook will range from sports programs to comedy. Creators will be paid by Facebook to maintain their production.
At the time of launch, Facebook Watch was only tested in the US with a limited user group. And now this video platform has come to Vietnam, users can see the new video viewing feature appearing in the bottom navigation menu in the mobile application.
Facebook's promotion of its new video sharing platform is said to be aimed at competing with YouTube.
