ViewSonic joins the CULV laptop market
ViewSonic has officially introduced to the market at the same time 4 models of ultra-portable laptops using Intel power-saving microprocessor for less than 1,000 USD.
CULV laptops have just been ViewSonic launched including the 14-inch ViewBook 140, ViewBook 130 13.3 inches, the 12.1-inch ViewBook and 13.3-inch ViewBook Pro.
ViewBook 120 (678 USD) - 12.1 inch, resolution 1,280 x 800 pixels, Intel Duo Core SU2300 1.3 GHz, RAM 2 GB, HDD 250 GB, Intel GMA 4500MHD, 1.6 kg.
ViewBook 130 (770 USD) - 13.3 inch, resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, Intel ULV 743 1.3 GHz, RAM 2 GB, HDD 320 GB, Intel GMA 4500MHD, 1.45 kg.
The same design with ViewBook 130, ViewBook 140 (about 1,000 USD) - 14 inches, 1,366 x 768, Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1.3 GHz, 2 GB RAM, HDD 320 GB, Intel GMA 4500MHD.
ViewBook Pro (about 1,000 USD) - 13.3 inches, 1,280 x 800 pixels, Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1.3 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 320 GB HDD, Intel GMA 4500MHD, integrated optical drive.
According to ePrice , all models are running Windows 7 Home Premium operating system and will be sold to Asian markets from October 30.
