USB 3.0 8GB drive costs 14 USD

Memory manufacturer Super Talent Technology announced that their new USB 3.0 drives are priced at under $ 2 per GB of storage.

The new USB Express Duo drive is available in 8GB and 16GB capacities, priced at $ 14 ($ 14, ~ 274,510) and $ 29 (~ 568,627 VND), respectively. The company claims the drive has a data transfer rate of 67MB / sec.

As with all USB 3.0 products, Super Talent's Express Duo drives are backward compatible to work with USB 2.0 systems, but speeds will also be limited to USB 2.0.
