Vietnam Network Security Law is passed by National Assembly deputies on 12/6/2018 and officially takes effect from January 1, 2019.
The infographic from the Thanh Nien newspaper below will summarize for us the vulnerable cyber-security violations, effective from January 1, 2019. Users should be aware of the following behaviors to avoid breaching the Law on Cyber Security, even if it is accidentally committed. Many of those behaviors have been banned on the network before and there are new behaviors added.
