Security firm Sophos has just released a list of the Top 10 most dangerous viruses in June 2006. Accordingly, the Netsky-P virus continues to dominate the first place in this list.

Zafi-D was pushed back to position 6.
Contrary to the situation of Zafi-D, Nyxem-D continued to preserve its 3rd position with 7.4% of the rate of virus infection notifications sent to Sophos - a 0.1% decrease compared to the figure of last month.
The Mytob family continues to dominate the ranking of June with "5 members". The highest position is Mytob-AS, at number 2.
This time, the ranking of the Top 10 most dangerous viruses in June saw the appearance - or rather the return - of the Bagle virus. Just appearing, the latest variant of the Bagle virus has captured the No. 7 spot on the chart with 3.7% reporting rate of infection sent to Sophos.
Other types of malicious software accounted for 33.3% of all infections sent to Sophos in the past month.
