Sony is about to launch a new Vaio P

This device is much likely that the new Vaio P is equipped with Gobi connectivity solution from Qualcomm.

On its official website in Japan yesterday, Sony suddenly revealed a plan to launch a special device soon. The company did not reveal anything other than calling it a " Ultra Mobile " Vaio.

There are no reliable sources of this new product, but many predict it could be a change to the Vaio X, Vaio P series or refresh the Vaio UX ultra-compact computer line.

However, the highest possibility is that Sony will launch another Vaio P version. Some time ago, Sony submitted to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) information about the Vaio P version codenamed VAIO PCG-11111L.

This model will be equipped with a Gobi connectivity solution from Qualcomm that supports CDMA850 and CDMA1900 networks and connections with standard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR as before.
