Not only high definition, Ativ Book 9 also supports touch with 10-point maximum recognition capability, good support for Windows 8 . The product was introduced at the end of June but it was not until today that Samsung announced the time of sale and price.
Accordingly, Ativ Book 9 has an order price on Adorama of 1,398 USD and on B&H system is 1,400 USD (both in the US market). Users will receive the phone on August 20 here.
Ativ Book 9 is the second ultrabook model with a size of 319.6x222.9x13.6 mm and weighs only 1.39 kg. Products equipped with Intel Core i5-4200 processor speed of 1.6 GHz latest Haswell generation, 4 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD.
Ativ Book 9 stands out with its high-end Intel WiDi device that delivers high-resolution images under wireless signals. In addition, it also has standard Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, LAN port (via adapter) and SDXC card reader.
Samsung also offers a lower-priced version of the Ativ Book 9 Lite for just $ 800 . It weighs 1.58 kg and is 1.77 cm thin, still reaching the ultrabook standard. The reduced version is equipped with a lower configuration with the AMD A6 1.4 GHz processor, 4 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD and an average resolution of 1,366x768 pixels.
