ATIV Book 9 Plus and Book 9 Lite were officially released

ATIV Book 9 Plus and Book 9 Lite are two 13-inch Ultrabook models announced by the Korean firm in London (UK), both running Windows 8 with a touch screen and a slim, light design, long battery life.

ATIV Book 9 series runs Windows 8 with a lightweight design, long battery that competes with Apple's MacBook Air.

In particular, ATIV Book 9 Plus is a more advanced model with a cover made of metal, thin (13.6 mm) and lightweight (1.39 kg). 13-inch touch screen is covered with Gorilla Glass scratch-resistant protective glass, comes with an impressive resolution of 3.200x1.800 pixels than the 13-inch Macbook Pro Retina screen.

It uses Intel Core i5 Haswell chipset with integrated 4400 HD graphics. Machine with 8 GB RAM and uses a 256 GB SSD hard drive promises less than 6 seconds of boot time. Besides, the ATIV Book 9 Plus is also introduced with an impressive battery life of up to 12 hours, on par with Apple's new generation MacBook Air .

Besides ATIV Book 9 Plus, Samsung also introduced another Ultrabook model in London, ATIV Book 9 Lite . This model is expected to be released sooner in Vietnam in the near future, the price is more attractive and reasonable compared to 9 Plus, although there is a similar thin and light design.

Instead of using metal materials, the product uses a plastic but sleek shell, stylish design with an overall weight of 1.44 kg, 16.9 mm thin. Still using a 13.3-inch screen similar to Plus, the Lite model has a screen resolution of 1,366x768 pixels. Configuration is recorded when using 4-core processor, 4 GB RAM next to the hard drive 256 GB capacity.

Users can choose whether the ATIV Book 9 Lite version has a touch screen or not. The battery that comes with the device gives a good time of use up to 8.5 hours.
