Dell brought the XPS 13 ultrabook with Full HD screen to Vietnam while Acer launched the Aspire V3 with Core i7 chip and discrete graphics for only 18 million dong.

After two consecutive months only cheap models appeared, this month the market had more remarkable products to contribute. The most typical is the XPS 13 model with the new Full HD resolution screen introduced in the US last month. Asus continues to assert its leading position as it has the most models of ultrabook screens from 14 to 15.6 inches in Vietnam. Acer also contributed to the Aspire V3 for VND18 million but the configuration was strong.

Dell's most advanced ultrabook has added a Full HD screen option in Vietnam about a month after its official launch in the US. It features a rugged aluminum case and a super slim 1.7 cm design and weighs only 1.3 kg.

The version sold in Vietnam is the XPS 13 L322x with a strong configuration with 13.3-inch screen, Intel Core i7-3537U processor with 2 GHz speed, 8 GB RAM, SSD hard drive with 256 GB capacity and chip Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics. Battery included for up to 9 hours of use according to the manufacturer.

The reference selling price is VND 39.9 million.

Asus's new ultrabook model is suitable for those who prefer large screens but still requires a small weight and thinness suitable for moving. It has a 15.6-inch screen but weighs only 2.1 kg, equivalent to a regular 14-inch model. The thinness of the machine is 21 mm.

Asus S550CA-CJ1014H has a configuration including 4-core Intel Core i5-3317U processor, hybrid hard drive with 24 GB SSD and 500 GB HDD, Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics chip. about 4.5 hours of use.

Reference price of this model is 18 million VND.

Acer Aspire V3-571G

None of the ultrabooks this month were released, but Acer's new V3 is quite remarkable with its robust configuration while the price is attractive. It has Intel Core i7-3630QM processor with 2.4 GHz speed, 8GB of RAM, 1 TB hard drive, Nvidia GeForce GT 730M graphics card with capacity up to 2 GB VRAM.

Machine with 15.6 inch screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels, optical drive read / write DVD, 6-cell battery comes with battery life of about 4.5 hours according to the manufacturer. The product weighs 2.6 kg and is 2.5 cm thick.

The price of the Acer Aspire V3-571G is VND 18 million.

HP continues to hit the low-cost segment this month with a new model of 450 configurations. The product uses a 2.6 GHz Core i5-3230M chip, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive, AMD Radeon HD 7450M graphics card. It uses a 14-inch screen with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels.

HP 450 has a weight of 2.2 kg and a thickness of 2.6 cm. The cover of the machine is scratch resistant as well as anti-glare screen.

Reference price of the machine is 13.2 million.
