The Lenovo IdeaPad Y650, Y550 and Y450 share the same soft black design, with nested hexagonal patterns on the shell and a striking copper border. IdeaPad Y650 (photo) is Lenovo's first 16-inch widescreen model, and is one of the lightest and thinnest 16-inch laptops on the market today. The device is equipped with an optional Nvidia GFX video card, a Dolby Home Theater stereo system and an integrated JBL speaker for a more dynamic sound.
Meanwhile, IdeaPad Y550 is a 15.6-inch laptop, equipped with features similar to Y650, with high-speed DDR3 RAM and hard drive up to 500 GB.
Lenovo IdeaPad Y450 is equipped with 14-inch screen, multi-touch touchpad and face recognition technologies, restore the system with the click of a button. Both Y650, Y550 and Y450 will be available in March. The starting retail price of Y650 and Y550 is $ 1,299, while Y450 is $ 999.
10-inch netbook IdeaPad S10 is also upgraded by Lenovo with new tools such as LenovoSocial, which helps connect with online resource portals, allows users to easily participate in social networks, or Lenovo Quick Start, helping Quick access to commonly used applications like web browser, music player, photo viewer, messaging tools and Skype. Another new feature of this netbook line is VeriFace face recognition technology, which has both increased security and simplified login to the system. It has many color covers to choose from such as black, white, red, blue and pink.
The upgraded IdeaPad S10 netbook will be launched by Lenovo in March for an estimated price of $ 499.
