Launched 3D laptop line without glasses

On this laptop line, 3D images are created by sending signals to different images to the right eye and left eye. Users can enjoy high-quality 3D images without glasses because individual images are accurately transferred to each eye thanks to face detection and active lens technologies.
Active lenses integrated on the computer's LED screen will control the polarity of light emitted from this screen. When active lenses are turned off, the screen will display normal 2D content and vice versa.
Meanwhile, the SpursEngine ™ image processor will allow Dynabook Qosmio T851 / D8CR users to enjoy 3D images from 2D television programs of digital television and CS and terrestrial television.
Toshiba representative said it will start selling Dynabook Qosmio T851 / D8CR in Japan at the end of July 2011. Currently, the price of this computer line has not been determined.
