Step 1:
Users access the homepage of Filewatch under the link below. At the homepage interface you click on Connect Google Drive .

Log in to your personal Google Drive account as usual.
You then need to agree to let Filewatch access your Google Drive account to scan the data.
Step 3:
After connecting Filewatch with personal Google Drive account, at the interface of the website click Scan Google Drive .
The service starts searching for files and folders that you share. Fast or slow completion time depends on the amount of data you have shared.
Step 4:
When the scanning process is completed, the user will see the total number of files and folders that you are storing in your personal Drive account.
Below to check the shared data, users see the Who has access section. There are 2 different display items with different content.
- Public on the web: Files, folders shared publicly on the web for anyone to access.
- Anyone with the links: Files, shared folders are only for those who have links.

Step 5:
Also you can change the filter mode to display data with the options that Filewatch provides. In each share, clicking on it will immediately switch to the original link displayed on Google Drive, or Google Docs if it is a document file.
Step 6:
To disconnect Filewatch with Google Drive , in the interface click Disconnect Google Drive .
In your Google Drive account click on the gear icon and select Install , click on Application management .
Go to the Filewatch application and click on the Options button , click Disconnect from Drive .
Finally users need to click Disconnect to agree not to use Filewatch on Google Drive.
Filewatch helps you get the shared Google Drive file with others, when you can't see it quickly on Drive. After checking, we should disconnect Filewatch with Drive account.
