How to Change Auto Chess to English

To change Auto Chess to English, open the in-game settings, select the language row, and choose English. The game may reload its interface or ask you to restart before every label changes.

Change the language from the main screen

1. Open Auto Chess and wait for the main lobby to load.
2. Select your profile portrait or the gear-shaped Settings icon.
3. Open the general settings section and find Language.
4. Select English from the list.
5. Confirm the choice, then restart the app if the interface does not refresh automatically.

If the interface is in Chinese

Look for the gear icon rather than trying to translate every menu. The language row may contain the Chinese word 语言 or show the currently selected language. Open that row and choose English from the alphabetic options.

Do not tap account deletion, server transfer, or data-repair controls while searching. If the icons do not match this description, take a screenshot for your own reference and use the device's on-screen translation feature to identify only the Settings and Language labels.

If English is not listed

• Confirm that you installed the global or regional build intended for your country from the official Auto Chess website.
• Update the app through Google Play or the App Store.
• Check whether the game follows the phone's app-language setting instead of providing an in-game selector.
• On supported Android and iOS versions, open the system settings for Auto Chess and look for an app-specific language option.

A China-only build may offer a different language set from the global release. Do not install an unofficial modified APK merely to add a translation.

If the setting changes back

Close Auto Chess completely after selecting English and open it again. Make sure the app can save local settings and that a device-cleaning tool is not deleting its configuration. If a cloud profile restores the old language, change the setting again after signing in to the correct account and server.

Text still appears in another language

Event banners, player-created messages, and server announcements may not follow the interface language. A partial translation can also occur immediately after an update. Verify that menus and unit descriptions changed; if only one event page remains untranslated, report that page through the official support channel instead of reinstalling the entire game.
