Google Play increases the refund period by 2 hours

Google has announced to increase the time limit for refunding applications and games on Google Play online store from 15 minutes up to 2 hours.

According to Neowin , specifically when users buy any paid games or apps on Google Play, 2 hours will be provided for the trial experience. If not, they can get a refund.

Before that, the time limit for users to experience the application was 15 minutes, and there were many opinions that this time was too short for them to feel and " change their mind ".

To exploit the refund feature, after purchasing a paid app that doesn't feel satisfactory, users access Google Play > My Apps. In the list of applications that appear, click the purchased application.

If there is time left for the trial experience, then at the top right corner of the application will display the Refund option. Just click on this button and the user will get the money back to the app.
