Gapo - Social network 'made in Vietnam' for young people officially launched

Currently, in Vietnam, there are many social networks such as Biztime, VietnamTa, Hahalolo . but have not received the support of Vietnamese users. Today (July 23), a new name continues to appear, which is Gapo with the sologan 'social network for young people'.

Gapo is one of Vietnam's social networks, developed and operated by Gapo Technology Corporation. This social network works with the domain name gapo.vn and officially launched today, July 23, 2019.

As explained by this MXH, the phrase Gapo means 'meet?' or 'meet online', is a combination of GAP (meeting) and O (online or not?).
