Fixed an issue where videos could not be viewed on iOS 10

2. Restart the device

It is possible that one of the reasons that you cannot view the video on your iPhone device is because the iPhone or applications hang up and do not respond to any requests. The solution to this problem is to restart your iPhone: press and hold the Open / Shutdown button until the red slider appears on the screen. Slide your finger on the slider to turn off your iPhone.
